My 5 years’ experience as an assistant manager in a G-star retail store has provided me with valuable insights into customer service, relationship management and operational efficiency. I have developed interpersonal skills and attention for detail. 

The reason that I decided to study International Business is based on my goal to find and develop a career in which I can combine my understanding of the Korean culture with the European (i.c. Dutch) perspective. I participated in a recent film project in The Netherlands of ‘INDECOM Documentary Odyssey’, a Korean media company. During this project with first-hand experience in managing cultural differences between the film-crew and the Dutch participants I became aware of the fact that indeed I can make a difference in such situations.

Naturally being a Dutch citizen with Korean roots, I am a native Korean speaker with an excellent command of Dutch language, which I believe, will certainly be an advantage.
My personal motto and approach to work: ‘Be positive’. I have a positive approach to people, I am pro-active and solution-driven and dedicated to my job.
